Terms of Use

Last updated: August 25, 2026

These Terms govern use of MoblOps. MoblOps is an operations software platform and is not a law firm, accounting firm, payroll provider, or licensed professional-services provider.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and MoblOps LLC (“MoblOps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using MoblOps, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

If you use MoblOps for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. What MoblOps provides

MoblOps provides contractor-operations tools that may include customer and job records, scheduling, team access, time tracking, estimates, invoices, payment records, expenses, forms, e-signatures, photos, receipts, documents, reporting, and financial visibility. Features may change as the service develops.

3. Accounts, roles, and access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Account Owners control the business account and may invite Admins or Crew Members subject to the permissions available in MoblOps.

  • Owner: controls the business account, subscription, and available management settings.
  • Admin: may receive broad day-to-day management access as configured by the Owner and by MoblOps.
  • Crew Member: receives assigned-work access and any additional permissions granted through the account.

You are responsible for inviting the correct people, removing access when it is no longer appropriate, and ensuring your users comply with these Terms.

4. Trials, subscriptions, and automatic renewal

Eligible new subscriptions may begin with a 30-day free trial. A payment method may be collected at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial end date shown for your subscription, your selected paid plan begins automatically at the end of the trial.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current monthly or annual rate, depending on the plan selected, until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added. Plan pricing, included users, and features are shown on the MoblOps pricing page or in the subscription flow.

Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. MoblOps does not store full payment-card numbers.

5. Cancellation and plan changes

You may cancel your MoblOps subscription through the available subscription-management flow or by contacting support when account self-service is unavailable. Cancellation takes effect as described in our Cancellation Policy.

Upgrades, downgrades, seat changes, and other plan changes may be subject to the billing rules displayed when the change is requested.

6. Your business and customer data

You retain ownership of the information and files you enter or upload to MoblOps (“Customer Content”), including customer information, job notes, photos, receipts, documents, time records, estimates, invoices, signatures, and related business records.

You grant MoblOps a limited right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display Customer Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use the personal information you place in MoblOps and for providing any notices or obtaining any permissions required for your business.

7. Forms, e-signatures, and contractor documents

MoblOps may provide templates, document tools, and electronic-signature workflows. You are responsible for deciding whether a form, notice, contract, signature method, or other document is appropriate and legally sufficient for your project, location, customer, and business.

MoblOps does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any template or generated document satisfies every federal, state, local, licensing, disclosure, record-retention, or industry requirement.

When you send a document for electronic signature, you are responsible for having authority to send it and for identifying the correct signer.

8. Estimates, invoices, payments, and financial information

MoblOps can help organize estimates, invoices, payment records, expenses, labor information, profitability calculations, and reports. These outputs depend on the data entered into the service and are provided as operational tools, not accounting, tax, payroll, legal, lending, or investment advice.

Where MoblOps later makes customer-payment processing available, those transactions may be subject to additional processor terms and fees.

9. Device authentication

MoblOps may support passkeys or device authentication such as fingerprint, face recognition, Windows Hello, or a device PIN. Biometric verification is performed by your device or operating system. MoblOps does not receive or store your fingerprint or face template.

10. Acceptable use

You may not misuse MoblOps, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious code, use the service for unlawful activity, violate another person’s rights, or use automated methods to extract data in a way that harms the service or other users.

11. Intellectual property

MoblOps and its software, branding, interfaces, design, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by MoblOps LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of MoblOps intellectual property to you.

12. Third-party services

MoblOps relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers for functions such as hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing. Your use of certain integrations or third-party services may also be governed by their terms.

13. Availability, changes, and beta features

We work to keep MoblOps available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including beta or pre-release features, as the product evolves.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, address security or fraud concerns, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address unpaid subscription charges. You may stop using MoblOps at any time.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoblOps is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoblOps LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or loss of data arising from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoblOps LLC’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to MoblOps during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as MoblOps changes. When a material update requires renewed acceptance, we may present the updated Terms in the service. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
