Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 25, 2026
MoblOps uses business and customer information to provide the service. We do not sell personal information to advertisers, and device biometric data such as fingerprint or face templates is not received or stored by MoblOps.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how MoblOps LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use MoblOps websites, applications, account features, and related services.
2. Information we collect
Account and business information
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, business address, account role, subscription details, and support communications.
Customer and job information you provide
Depending on how you use MoblOps, you may enter customer contact information, service addresses, job descriptions, notes, schedules, photos, receipts, files, estimates, invoices, payment records, signatures, and other business records.
Team and time information
We may process team-member names, email addresses, roles, permissions, assignments, clock-in and clock-out records, and related labor information entered by your business.
Device and usage information
We may collect browser and device information, IP address, timestamps, application events, security information, and similar technical data needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
Subscription payment information
Subscription payments are handled by payment processors such as Stripe. MoblOps may receive transaction identifiers, plan information, billing status, and limited payment-method details, but does not store full payment-card numbers.
3. Passkeys and biometric authentication
If you use a passkey or device authentication, your device may use fingerprint, face recognition, Windows Hello, or a device PIN to verify you. That biometric verification occurs on your device or through the device platform. MoblOps does not receive or store your fingerprint image, fingerprint template, facial template, or device PIN.
4. How we use information
- Provide and operate MoblOps features.
- Authenticate users and enforce account permissions.
- Process subscriptions and maintain billing status.
- Send account, invitation, signature, security, and service communications.
- Provide customer support and troubleshoot problems.
- Protect MoblOps, users, and data from fraud, abuse, and security threats.
- Analyze and improve product performance and usability.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
5. How information is shared
We may share information with service providers that help operate MoblOps, including providers for cloud hosting, databases, authentication, website hosting, email delivery, monitoring, and payment processing. Current providers may include services such as Supabase, Netlify, Stripe, and email-delivery vendors.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transaction, or at your direction.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
6. Information shared by your business
Your Account Owner and authorized Admins may be able to access information created by other users in the same business account. The business that invited you controls its account and determines which team members receive access.
When a business sends a customer a document, invoice, estimate, calendar link, or signature request, information necessary to complete that workflow may be shared with the intended recipient.
7. Cookies and local storage
MoblOps may use cookies, browser storage, session storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, checkout continuity, and application functionality.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide MoblOps, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with law, and protect the service. Retention periods may differ by data type and account status.
Canceling a subscription does not necessarily delete account data immediately. You may contact support to request account-data deletion, subject to legal, security, backup, and record-retention requirements.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your devices and account credentials and for promptly removing access for users who no longer need it.
10. Your choices
You may update certain business and account information within MoblOps. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where applicable.
Account Owners may manage team access and subscription status through available account controls.
11. Children
MoblOps is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through consumer-facing signup.
12. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, or use of personal information. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, providers, and legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
14. Contact
Privacy questions or requests may be sent to support@moblops.com.
