Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 25, 2026
Eligible subscriptions start with a 30-day free trial. Cancel before the trial end date shown for your account to avoid the first paid charge. Paid plans then renew monthly or annually until canceled.
1. Free trial
Eligible new MoblOps subscriptions may include a 30-day free trial. A payment method may be collected when you start the trial.
Your selected paid plan begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial end date displayed in your subscription or checkout flow.
2. Monthly and annual renewals
After the trial, monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year unless canceled before the next renewal date. Applicable taxes may be added.
3. How to cancel
When self-service subscription management is available, the Account Owner can cancel through the MoblOps subscription-management flow. If you cannot access that flow, contact support@moblops.com from the email address associated with the Owner account.
For trial cancellation, submit the cancellation before the trial end date shown for your subscription. For an active paid subscription, submit the cancellation before the next renewal date to avoid the next renewal charge.
4. What happens after cancellation
Unless otherwise shown during cancellation, canceling stops future renewal and access remains available through the end of the current trial or paid billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically erase business records at the moment the subscription ends. If you want to request deletion of account data, contact support. Deletion is subject to legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, and record-retention requirements.
5. Refunds
Except where required by law or where MoblOps expressly states otherwise, subscription charges are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a monthly or annual billing period.
If you believe you were charged because of a billing error, contact support promptly so we can review the transaction.
6. Plan changes
Upgrades, downgrades, and other subscription changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing period depending on the change and the billing terms shown during the request. Any applicable proration or future price is displayed by the subscription-management or payment flow when available.
7. Failed or disputed payments
If a subscription payment fails, MoblOps or its payment processor may retry the payment and may restrict access until billing is resolved. Improper payment disputes or chargebacks may result in account review or suspension.
